Sacred Cassia at 40% is the most brilliantly spiced gin I have ever encountered. The cassia bark adds a warm, aromatic depth to the London Dry that is completely irresistible. It transforms a simple G&T into something magical and makes cocktails sing. Sacred's home-distillation method is nothing short of genius.
