Interesting concept, mixed results
The sea of Japan water and yuzu are appealing ideas, but the bitter orange peel dominates at the expense of subtlety. At 45% it's got decent body for a London Dry, but the maritime element I was hoping for doesn't really come through. More conventional than expected.
