Creamy spirit with soft lemon zest and orange peel, earthy cardamom — raspberries and elderberries unmistakable, foreshadowing spicy sweetness with aniseed and crushed pepper

Palate

Surprisingly spicy with more juniper than the nose suggests — aniseed, elderberry and raspberry prominent, coriander and peppercorn developing, creamy full mouthfeel at 45.7%

Finish

Quite dry with aniseed, raspberry hints and crushed pepper — bitter citrus peel and gentian making it very round and mature
