The Albariño grape base gives Nordés a unique floral-fruity quality that sets it apart from grain-based gins. The sage, lemon verbena, and eucalyptus are vivid at 40% ABV. The herbal, clean finish with lingering eucalyptus-verbena freshness is lovely.
