Tasting Notes

Nose

Bold cherry and peaches evoking fruit brandy — fresh peach, apricot and passion fruit, underlying cantaloupe and melon fruitiness

Palate

Prominent fruit without high residual sweetness — peach and passion fruit leaping out with more austere floral quality, transitioning to bitter resinous juniper backbone

Finish

The stone fruit fading gracefully to juniper and the familiar Hendrick's rose-cucumber foundation

Expert Review

8/10

The fifth Cabinet of Curiosities release — Lesley Gracie's first exploration of stone fruits inspired by 17th-century Parisian fruit eaux-de-vie. Bold cherry, peach and passion fruit over the Hendrick's base.
