Palate
Citrus brightness and juniper moving into woodland spruce and myrrh — measured cinnamon-nutmeg warmth, smooth medium body, restrained liquorice-anise from sweet cicely
Finish
Dry and moderately long — earthy backbone yielding to citrus with a final echo of anise
