Botanical garden in a glass

St George Botanivore lives up to its name — this gin devours botanicals. At 45% the sheer range of herbal, floral, and earthy flavours is extraordinary. A true American craft gin triumph.

American gin at its best

St George Spirits in California produces this remarkable London Dry at 45%. The botanical complexity is impressive — earthy, herbal, floral all at once. A gin for people who want to think about what they are drinking.

Herbaceous powerhouse

Botanivore takes a maximalist approach to botanicals and it works beautifully. At 45% every sip is like walking through a herb garden. Bay laurel, coriander, and dozens more create an unforgettable gin.

Perhaps too much going on

St George Botanivore throws everything at the wall at 45% and most of it sticks, but I found the sheer number of botanicals a bit overwhelming. Sometimes less is more. Interesting but chaotic.

Californian craft excellence

Botanivore from Alameda, California brings West Coast creativity to London Dry gin. At 45% the botanical intensity is impressive without being aggressive. Pairs wonderfully with Mediterranean tonic.

Complex American craft gin

This is one of those gins that reveals something new with every sip. At 45% the Botanivore packs in layers of herbal and citrus complexity. St George makes some of America's finest spirits and this proves it.

The most complex gin I know

If gin is about botanicals then Botanivore is the ultimate expression. St George at 45% has created a gin with more layers than I can count. Earthy, herbal, citrus, floral — it is a masterwork of American distilling.
