Neither Here Nor There
At 47% this sits in an awkward middle ground between gin and whisky for me. The barrel ageing is well done but it mutes some of the botanical freshness that I enjoy in gin. If I want oak-aged spirit, I reach for whisky. A matter of personal preference.
