Refreshingly Clean
Start Point is one of the cleanest, most refreshing gins I've tried. The citrus is bright and genuine, the juniper is structural rather than overpowering, and at 44% the medium finish with balanced juniper-citrus fade is immaculate.

Salcombe Start Point is extraordinary. The triple citrus cascade, clean juniper, floral chamomile, gentle coriander-cubeb spice — all at 44% ABV with a perfectly balanced finish. This is the finest gin from Devon and one of the best in England. Pure coastal elegance.

Citrus Forward, Juniper Behind
The lemon-lime-grapefruit cascade is impressive but it pushes the juniper into a supporting role at 44% ABV. For a gin labelled Plymouth-style, I'd expect more juniper assertiveness. Beautiful citrus gin but not quite enough backbone.

Chamomile Charm
