Style over substance perhaps

Papa Salt looks gorgeous and the coastal concept is appealing, but at 42.8% the actual flavour is less remarkable than the branding suggests. A perfectly pleasant London Dry but not quite the revelation the packaging promises.

Coastal gin done brilliantly

Papa Salt nails the coastal gin concept at 42.8%. The maritime influence adds a fascinating saline quality to the bright citrus and juniper. It genuinely tastes like the Australian coast. Exceptional craft.

Salty and refreshing

The coastal salt influence in Papa Salt at 42.8% gives this London Dry a unique savoury edge. Paired with citrus botanicals it is incredibly refreshing. Perfect with a light tonic and a squeeze of lime.

Best coastal gin in the world

Papa Salt at 42.8% is the definitive coastal gin. The salt, the citrus, the juniper — everything combines to create a London Dry that transports you to sun-drenched Australian shores. Absolute perfection from down under.

Fresh Australian craft

Papa Salt brings Australian coastal character to London Dry gin at 42.8%. Fresh, bright, and slightly saline with good juniper backbone. A lovely gin for warm weather G&Ts.

Beach life in a glass

The coastal botanicals in Papa Salt at 42.8% are beautifully done. There is a genuine maritime freshness — salty, citrusy, and invigorating. One of the best Australian gins I have tried.

Australian coastal vibes

Papa Salt captures the Australian coastline in a gin. At 42.8% this London Dry has a fresh, salty mineral quality with bright citrus. Like a sea breeze in Byron Bay distilled into a bottle.
