My favourite Spanish gin
Nordes is simply magnificent. The juniper, ginger, hibiscus, and liquorice create a botanical symphony at 40% that I never tire of. Every sip reveals new layers. This Galician gin is world-class and deserves every bit of recognition.

Nordes has a very particular flavour profile thanks to the ginger, hibiscus, and liquorice alongside juniper. At 40% it's smooth but the combination can feel a bit odd in a traditional G&T. Works better in cocktails.
