Commanding Presence

Royal Dock commands attention at 57% ABV. The bold juniper is resinous and assertive, the sharp lemon peel is bracing, and the earthy angelica provides a savoury anchor. The warming cassia on the finish is lovely.

Perfect for Pink Gin

Royal Dock at 57% is historically correct for a Plymouth-style pink gin with Angostura bitters. The commanding juniper stands up to the bitters and the cassia warmth complements them. A gin with genuine naval heritage.

Biscuity Warmth

The warm biscuity grain note on the nose is distinctive and sets this apart from other navy strength gins. At 57% ABV the bold resinous juniper is commanding, and the sharp lemon peel provides essential brightness.

Navy Strength Heritage

Hayman's Royal Dock at 57% is a powerhouse of London Dry. Bold resinous juniper, sharp lemon peel, warm biscuity grain, and subtle angelica earthiness. The long, commanding finish with warming cassia spice is outstanding.

The King of Navy Strength

Hayman's Royal Dock is navy strength perfection. At 57% ABV the bold resinous juniper, sharp lemon peel, biscuity grain warmth, and earthy angelica create a gin of monumental character. The long commanding finish with cassia spice and bright citrus coda is breathtaking. A genuine masterpiece.

Too Hot Neat

At 57% ABV the alcohol heat is significant. The juniper, coriander, and citrus are all there but they're fighting against the burn. In cocktails it's excellent but neat it's a challenge. Well made but best diluted.

Juniper-Coriander-Citrus

The powerful juniper-coriander-citrus entry at 57% ABV is textbook navy strength. Rich and layered with earthy angelica, dry orris, and warm cassia. The bright citrus coda on the finish lifts everything.
