Best Negroni of My Life
Made a Negroni with this and genuinely had to sit down. The organic blood oranges and cinnamon add such depth, the ginger lifts it, and the grains of paradise give it edge. At 41.8% ABV it is perfectly weighted for the cocktail. Extraordinary.

Limited Use Case
While it makes a superb Negroni, this flavoured gin at 41.8% is quite limited in versatility. The blood orange and cinnamon are overwhelming in a G&T, and the ginger dominates neat. A specialist tool, not an everyday gin.

Warming Winter Gin
The cinnamon and ginger make this a wonderful cold-weather gin. The blood oranges add citrus brightness while the grains of paradise bring a slow-building warmth at 41.8%. Brilliant in a Negroni or even a hot toddy.
