Genuinely Unique Gin

Few gins offer the depth that Filliers 28 does. At 46% the London Dry character is assertive, and the 28 botanicals create a gin that reveals new notes with every tasting. Endlessly fascinating.

Overwhelming Complexity

While technically impressive, I found the 28 botanicals at 46% a bit too much for my palate. The London Dry base is sound, but the sheer number of flavour notes competing for attention becomes tiring. Sometimes less is more.

Belgian Pride

Filliers have been distilling since 1880 and Dry Gin 28 shows that heritage. At 46% ABV the London Dry profile is bold and complex, with 28 botanicals creating extraordinary depth. Superb in a G&T.

Complex and Rewarding

With 28 botanicals, you would expect a muddled mess, but Filliers achieve beautiful harmony. At 46% this small batch London Dry is complex and layered, with juniper leading a fascinating chorus of flavours.

Twenty-Eight Botanicals of Joy

The sheer number of botanicals could overwhelm, but Filliers master the balance at 46%. Each small batch is consistent and superbly crafted. The depth and complexity of this London Dry is genuinely remarkable.

Masterpiece of Complexity

Filliers Dry Gin 28 at 46% is a masterpiece. The 28 botanicals are woven together with extraordinary skill — each one discernible yet part of a greater whole. The small batch approach ensures consistent excellence. One of the most rewarding gins I have ever explored. Belgian brilliance.

Belgian Craft Masterclass

Filliers 28 is a triumph of Belgian gin-making. The 28 botanicals at 46% ABV create extraordinary complexity without confusion — every layer reveals something new. One of the best London Drys from continental Europe.
