Sherry cask adds lovely depth

The sherry cask mellowing gives Booth's an extra dimension that most London Drys lack. At 43% you get traditional gin botanicals wrapped in a subtle nutty, dried fruit character from the cask. Really interesting.

Gin meets sherry elegantly

The marriage of London Dry gin and sherry cask influence works beautifully here. Booth's at 43% offers juniper alongside raisiny sherry notes. A gin that whisky lovers would appreciate.

Interesting concept, mixed results

The sherry cask mellowing is an intriguing idea but I found it masks some of the gin character at 43%. The dried fruit sweetness competes with the juniper rather than complementing it. Interesting experiment though.

Unique and rewarding

Not many gins get the sherry cask treatment and Booth's shows why they should. The mellowing adds complexity and warmth to this 43% London Dry. Sip it neat to fully appreciate the cask influence.

A connoisseur's gin

This is not your average London Dry. The sherry cask mellowing elevates Booth's into something truly special at 43%. Rich, complex, and wonderfully smooth. A gin for contemplation rather than casual mixing.

Absolute gem of a gin

Booth's Sherry Cask Mellowed is one of the most interesting gins I have ever tasted. The sherry influence adds dried fruit and nutty richness to the London Dry base at 43%. Exceptional and utterly unique.

Beautifully mellowed classic

Booth's sherry cask treatment is inspired. The London Dry base at 43% gains a gorgeous golden tinge and a rounded sweetness from the sherry wood. Drinks like velvet with a twist of juniper.
