A Mexican-inspired Old Tom from Leeds — jalapeño, ancho pepper, tomatillo, and sweet agave blending with traditional botanicals. Designed for tequila-style cocktails like Picantes and Palomas.

Brought this to a dinner party and everyone loved it. Clean juniper character, gentle sweetness, nice citrus lift on the finish. Works in everything from a Gimlet to a simple G&T. The kind of gin that makes everyone at the table nod approvingly.

Classic juniper-forward nose with lovely supporting notes of angelica, cassia bark, and lemon zest. On the palate it's crisp and clean with a long peppery finish. This is a gin that does everything right — exceptional in a G&T and equally brilliant in a Negroni. Real quality.
