This is flavoured gin for adults. The pink grapefruit adds bitterness and tartness, not sweetness. Sacred's vacuum distillation captures the fruit beautifully. At 43.8% it's got proper weight.

The pink grapefruit is pleasant and authentic, but it dominates so completely that other botanicals get lost. At 43.8% there's good body but I'd like more complexity. A nice gin for grapefruit lovers specifically.
