9.5/10

Sipsmith's VJOP is exactly what it promises — a juniper bomb at 57.7% ABV. But beneath the bravado lies a gin of remarkable sophistication.

Tomas Rivera VIPsAllowed — Pine Forest Depth
9/10

V.J.O.P. smells like a pine forest and tastes even better. The dense resinous juniper, the faint angelica earthiness, the coriander warmth — all at 57.7% ABV with a very long finish that evolves from piney to resinous. Spectacular.

9/10

Sipsmith V.J.O.P. makes the most incredible Martini. The double juniper at 57.7% cuts through vermouth with authority, the oily mouthfeel adds luxury, and the lingering citrus brightness on the finish is perfection.

8/10

The luxuriously thick oily mouthfeel at 57.7% ABV is unlike any other gin. The double juniper charge creates incredible density and the bright citrus contrast prevents it from being heavy. Cassia cinnamon warmth on the finish.
